- Job subtotal is your own estimate of the job size when you order. If our review shows the job belongs in a different band, we'll ask you to approve any price difference before work starts; if the price goes down we refund the difference.
- $30,000+ jobs are quoted individually and billed by invoice once you accept the quote.
- First estimate free: one per business, for jobs under $20,000. No payment step.
- Refunds: full refund any time before we send your job to the estimating team. After delivery, contact us.
Adjuster negotiation add-on
$75 per claim, added to an estimate order. Requires the adjuster's name and contact details at order time.

Plans are billed monthly to a card on file. Unused estimates do not roll over. Plans are not open for sign-up yet — per-estimate ordering is available now.
Pricing questions
How much does an Xactimate estimate cost?
One flat price set by the size of the job: from $59 for a job under $2,000 where you provide the scope, up to $189 for a $20,000–$29,999 job where we write the scope for you. Jobs of $30,000 and up are quoted individually before any payment. The full table is published on this page — no quote call needed.
What is the difference between “scope provided” and “scope written for you”?
If you send your own scope notes with the job, an estimator prices your scope in Xactimate and you pay the lower price in each band. If you send only documentation (photos, sketch, drying records), we write the scope from your files first, which is the higher price in the band.
Is the first estimate really free?
Yes — one free first estimate per business, for jobs under $20,000. There is no payment step and no card required.
What do I need to send with my order?
Photos, a sketch or an ESX/FML file (or a Docusketch Tour ID), drying records if it's a mitigation job, and your scope notes if you have them. The order wizard lists exactly what to upload.
What do I get back?
A finished estimate written in Xactimate® by an experienced estimator, delivered to your account for download. Deliverables are prepared by licensed third-party estimators; you own all submission decisions.
What happens if the job is bigger or smaller than I said?
If our review shows the job belongs in a different price band, we ask you to approve any price difference before work starts. If the corrected price is lower, we refund the difference automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — a full refund any time before we send your job to the estimating team. After delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can you deal with the adjuster for me?
For $75 per claim, the estimating team follows up with the adjuster on the estimate they wrote for you. Add it during checkout with the adjuster's contact details.
Do you write supplements?
Yes — supplement write-ups are quoted individually based on the claim. Start an order or contact us with the claim details and we'll send a quote before any payment.
