Own the first call in your county.

Homeowners reach Restoration.com.co when something floods, burns or blows off. A county seat means those leads come to you first — exclusively — before anyone else sees them. Seats go only to contractors on a monthly estimate plan, and there are a fixed number per county per trade.

How a seat works

1. You hold a plan

Starter (5 estimates a month, $379) or Pro (15 estimates, $999). The plan is the seat's only commitment.

2. Leads come to you first

Every qualified homeowner lead in your county and trade is offered to you alone for a short first-look window. Pass or miss it and it moves on; nothing is charged.

3. You pay less per lead

Seat holders buy leads below the open-market price, and the job's estimate is written on your plan — one loop, no second vendor.

What we promise, and what we don't

Promised

  • Exclusive first look at every lead in your seat's county and trade
  • Seat-holder lead pricing, fixed for the plan term
  • A hard cap on seats per county per trade
  • Walk away at the end of any plan month

Not promised

  • Lead volume. Leads follow weather and homeowner demand; a seat is priority and price, never a quota.
  • Leads outside your county, trade or hours
  • A seat that stays yours without the plan — drop the plan or miss too many first looks and the seat reopens

Who qualifies

Licensed and insured restoration, roofing or reconstruction contractors who can answer an emergency call. Seat holders are listed as Certified Operations on Restoration.com.co once certified — the certification check is part of taking a seat.

Seats are a contractor-side commercial programme. They involve no public adjusting and do not change how any homeowner's claim is handled.
