Addressed to the carrier, referencing the claim and the adjuster's estimate, laying out the request in the order a desk reviewer reads it.

Human review

An experienced estimator reviews every supplement before it reaches you. You decide what to submit; we never contact the carrier unless you add negotiation.

Priced on what it recovers

Contingency

A share of the approved increase, with a flat minimum per supplement. Quoted per claim once we see the adjuster's estimate and your scope — no charge until you accept the quote.

The increase is measured from the adjuster's estimate you send us to the amount the carrier approves on the supplement, using the carrier's own figures.

Add negotiation

$75 per claim. Our estimating team follows up with the adjuster on the supplement they wrote. Available on any supplement order.

Supplements are documentation prepared for the contractor. Whether and how to submit is your decision. We do not represent the policyholder and do not opine on coverage or what a claim is worth.

How it works

  1. Order the estimate first if you don't have one — the supplement is built against it.
  2. Upload the adjuster's estimate (PDF or ESX), your scope notes, photos and drying records.
  3. Approve the quote. The estimator writes the supplement and cover letter.
  4. Download from your account, submit to the carrier, tell us the approved figure.
