1. The program

Restoration.com.co Certified Operations sends and receives text messages at 844-7-RESTORE (844-773-7867).

2. What we text you

• Replies from the guide in a conversation you started. The guide is an automated AI system and says so in its first message. Reply AGENT for a person.
• A 6-digit code to confirm your number when you make a request on the web.
• Messages about your job: the company's name and number, your job page link, appointment reminders the evening before and 2 hours before, and one review request when the job closes.

We do not send marketing texts.

3. How you agree

You agree to receive these texts when you text us first, or when you give us your mobile number in a request on this site or by phone. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your conversation and your job.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.

6. STOP

Reply STOP at any time to end platform texts. You will get one message confirming it. We also honor other reasonable opt-out wording. After you opt out we mark your request do-not-contact for the company on your job.

7. HELP

Reply HELP for who we are and how to reach a person, or call 844-7-RESTORE.

8. Quiet hours

We do not start texts between 9 pm and 8 am your local time, except replies inside an active emergency conversation.

9. Texts from the company on your job

A certified company may call or text you only about the job you requested, and only after you agreed to that company by name. It must stop when you are marked do-not-contact.

10. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Privacy

See the privacy policy. Your mobile number and text consent are never sold or shared for marketing.
